Norman Goldberg founded Urgences Reanimation in 1992 and has been teaching C.P.R., first-aid and lifesaving for over 20 years. Norm is a Level 1 Paramedic trained at Humber College in Toronto.

As a Heart and Stroke Foundation Master Instructor Norm has trained thousands of nurses, nurses aides, lifeguards, dentists and the general public in C.P.R.

Norm was the one of the first Defibrillation Master Instructors in Quebec and actively promotes the widespread access and use of automated external defibrillators (A.E.D) everywhere.
